Revenue&Credit Process Lead
We are looking for a Revenue&Credit Process Lead for our multinational partner, which has established a Business Support Center in Budapest for providing Finance/Accounting, Customer Service and Procurement services.
Scope of the job
To establish and lead the Revenue&Credit Management ("RCM") team and manage trade loan and credit activity for the relevant business and Finance CFO teams supported by the Finance Business Service Centre.
Key responsibilities
- managing and monitoring all finance processes in the purchase-to pay process and vendor related balance sheet accounts and income statement activity, providing accurate and timely management information and reconciliations as required
- manage relationships with:
- service providers where processes are outsourced
- all vendors ensuring payments and related issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
- BP Treasury, to manage banking and cash forecasting activity
- ensure payment controls are in place and working effectively across all procurement systems, including payment delegation of authority controls

Ensure that all selection, training, development and deployment practices for the PCB team are operated effectively in order to minimise attrition and ensure staff performance, leadership and development potential is maximised
Requirements
- Advanced English knowledge
- Relevant experience in a leadership position with equivalent Revenue&Credit accountabilities
- Recognised accounting qualification or relevant credit qualification
- Experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a large scale shared services operation, using best practice techniques including work efficiency management
- Experience in supporting and implementing strategic plans across a team
