Performance Reporting Team Lead
Our Client is building a Shared Service Centre for its European Finance, Customer Service and Procurement functions. The role is to support Lubes business focused Performance & Reporting ("PR") and provide timely and accurate Management Information ("MI") to the relevant Business and Finance organisation.
Tasks
- GFO Actuals for Lubes Business, deviation analysis and respond to Business inquiries
- Analyse and comment on variances Actuals vs. Forecast/Plan
- Prepare supplementary @ additional information
- Support external audit process
- Prepare Actual WC & Balance Sheet Analysis Reports
- Prepare Margin Reports per Segment
- Business MI Reporting, e.g. sales reporting
- Ensure robust Internal Control environment (e.g. BSI/CET)
- Support Simplification and Standardsation of Reporting Processes
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Academic degree in Business Administration
- Performance reporting and controlling experience
- High level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Understanding Accounting Information
