Performance Reporting Analyst
Our Client is building a Shared Service Centre for its European Finance, Customer Service and Procurement functions.
Tasks
- monthly closing for Loyalty and Voucher Business
- monitor KPIs on Loyalties
- prepare cost tracking report for Loyalty Business
- provide timely and accurate MI reports
- interface between Finance and Performance Management
- accounting support for Marketing Campaigns
- finance perspective on Loyalty Awards
- accounting support for Voucher Business
- review invoices
- prepare GFO Actuals Reporting for Energy, IKAM, and LPG
- analyse and comment on variances Actuals vs. Forecast / Plan
- prepare supplementary & additional information
- ensure robust Internal Control environment (e.g. BSI/CET)
- support Planning & Performance to analyse financial results and preparation of annual plans
- support Simplification and Standardisation of Reporting Processes, Support further projects if needed
Requirements
- fluent German and English
- academic degree in Business Administration
- performance reporting and controlling experience
- high level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- knowledge of MI processes
