General Ledger Accountant (SSC)
Our Client is a major player of the telco market and currently looking to recruit General Ledger Accountant.
Tasks
- The GL team performs the regular monthly closing in accordance with the agreed timetable.
- This involves various tasks including, but not limited to, the posting of accruals and revaluation.
- They conduct the closing - by opening the new and closing the old period - for all departments.
- The team maintains the contiuous control over GL via reconciliations.
- The role requires someone who is able to supervise other processes via on-going checking of GL balances and revealing or tracking unusual or unfavorable movements.
Requirements
- University / College degree preferably in the field of Finance or accounting
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent international qualification is an advantage
- 4+ years relevant experience
- experience in a multinational environment
- English language skills (intermediate in both written and verbal)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
